hierNest
An R package implementing hierarchical nested models for the fitting of penalized GLMs. The methodology allows for the shrinkage of group-specific models to a global model or to higher level groups.
refundBayes
An R package for Bayesian functional data analysis. The refundBayes package provides a convenient interface for Bayesian functional regression using Stan. The package supports models with scalar, functional, or survival outcomes and allows both scalar and functional predictors.
